By using the nakedvelvet.com website you automatically accept our terms & conditions. We reserve the right to alter these and advise reading this regularly to check for changes.
Delivery:
UK deliveries require a signature on arrival.
Make sure someone is available to sign for your purchase.
All parcels should arrive within 1-2 weeks as stated on the website. Due to customer demand this may be subject to change.
Damaged or defected goods will be replaced or refunded free of charge as long as you have returned them to us with proof of purchase.
Delivery charges are subject to change depending on the postage costs at the time of purchase.
UK deliveries are posted via Royal Mail Signed for parcels, and are charged at current delivery rates.
Orders should arrive within 7days of posting.
International shipping costs are dependent upon customer shipping address and are also subject to change.
Please allow longer for international parcels to arrive.
Returns:
You can return standard size items within 14 days of purchase.
Returns must be unworn and in their original condition of purchase.
Returns will NOT be accepted without an invoice.
We DO NOT accept returns on any custom-fit or Bespoke items as they have been altered to fit the individual.
Delivery charges will NOT be refunded on returned items. However should you exchange an item you will not be charged again for delivery.
We DO NOT accept returns on any form of knicker, due to hygiene reasons.
Missing Items:
Firstly check your confirmation email for information on what you purchased.
We may not post everything at the same time.
If your item is missing it will take 5 working days to investigate and amend.
Contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
Alterations & Exchanges:
We aim to make every customer happy with our products.
We offer an exchange service if the purchase is damaged or faulty in any way.
Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges will only be made once the original item has been returned in its original condition and with tags still attached.
Alterations can be made on items; however this may be at an extra charge.
Naked Velvet reserves the right to discuss alteration charges on an individual basis.
Order Acceptance & Contact:
You will receive a conformation email within 24 hours of your purchase.
An order made by you is an offer to purchase and is accepted by us, subject to availability and stock.
Once your order has been placed we are unable to change the order, quantity and delivery address.
Please ensure all order details are correct before proceeding with the purchase.

Email your online shopping inquiries to us putting the key word of the enquiry in the subject box e.g. ‘Refund’ or ‘Return’ (depending on your request).
NAKED VELVET WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE ITEMS WITHOUT AN EMAIL PRIOR TO REQUEST.
